Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

As a Business Systems Analyst on our fulfillment technology team, you will play an integral part in the development of our warehouse and supply chain technology that powers the core of the Fashion Nova business. This role is key to our team’s success in delivering solutions used across all aspects of the organization. Role Requirements • BA|BS degree is required, with a minimum of four years in a System Analyst role with focus on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management • Four plus years of technology experience working with warehouse management systems (PREFERRED HIGHJUMP AND/OR MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES) • Knowledge of automation of warehouses – Sorters, put to light, WCS integrations, with emphasis in integrations with host systems, shipping tools, parcel carriers • Knowledge of retail and|or eCommerce operations, specifically in the areas of ERP, and WMS • Experience with using SQL • Experience leveraging prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools • Experience defining workflows and processes in a fast-paced, agile, distributed model • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, ETCETERA) is a plus • English, additional language(s) an advantage.
