Key Responsibilities & Tasks • Drives business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions • Maps business processes to solution requirements • Helps position disruptive business innovation • Supports the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise • Drives change management to achieve business transformation objectives • Supports end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards • Participates in transition planning of customer solution landscapes • Drives deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries • Supports pre-sales activities • Performs solution reviews and feasibility studies • Supports escalated projects • Occasionally takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery • Supports line manager(s) in people development tasks • Delivers customer workshops and trainings • Supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success • Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience • Creates project documentation and documentation of delivered services • Supports the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; can be owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio • Supports in solution testing and issue resolution > Can mentor business process consultants Solution expertise: • Should have worked in at least 4 end-to-end implementations with experience in leading the SAP S/4HANA for Retail or FVB implementation as a solution lead.
