Responsibilities: Omni channel sales for our community via retail floor, email/text outreach to clientele Operates as a full and equal partner in the global retail team, with an active voice on function-wide leadership Takes a company view in every decision. Balances short and long-term implications, developing and protecting the brand and business Ensure all positions are staffed with passionate employees Meet and exceed sales targets and key metrics Increase customer conversion and retention by fostering a culture of best in class customer experience, achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Develop and deliver a thoughtful, hands-on memorable customer experience Be fully responsible for a shift in our store (guest experience open/close) Proactively take on challenges, research information, troubleshoot problems and creatively deliver results.
