Position Summary Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Business Analyst to join its team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data in the supply chain to enhance the planning, designing, implementing increased visibility/KPI’s tools and recommending changes to current processes. Specific Responsibilities Work with and support Operations/Process Manager to streamline and develop tools, processes, and reporting Defining, documenting, and training on best practices Gathering requirements and guidelines for new projects Documenting issues with current processes/tools and finding resolutions Ensuring the integrity of distributed information Isolate any negative impacts on sales such as cancellations, dilutions, poor communication, bad processes to reduce or eliminate Tracking and communicating KPI’s to management Produce and distribute weekly/monthly/annual reports tracking: booking, cancellation, and dilution trends; administer wholesale projection system; available to sell inventory reports; KPI dashboards; ad hoc reports as needed Improve efficiency of processes through use of: Microsoft Automation with Power BI; Excel formulas and pivot tables; familiarity with database structure and operation Skills and Requirements Two to five years of experience in Supply Chain Intermediate level: Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Ability to format visually attractive presentations and reports Strong organization skills and detail oriented Critical thinking and problem solving Effective communication skills Experience as Business Analyst Familiarity with a retail/wholesale business
