BUSINESS ANALYST, SPARC Group

Reports to: VP, Strategy and Business DevelopmentLocation: Lyndhurst, NJSummary:The Business Analyst will oversee the corporate reporting for Aéropostale, Nautica, Lucky Brands, Brooks Brothers and Forever 21. This role directly supports the Executive leadership team and provides the opportunity to gain an intimate understanding of retail operations and how to maximize growth.Key Responsibilities:• Manage corporate reporting across all SPARC Group brands for distribution to ownership• Create a daily executive dashboard summarizing business results by brand and business channel• Support senior leadership with the creation of presentations for ownership and internal meetings• Evaluate retailer acquisition targets and prepare diligence summaries• Assist with the compilation of monthly financial reporting packages• Provide data analysis and insights to support/disprove business hypothesesSkills:• Bachelor’s degree, with a focus in Business Administration• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organization skills with attention to details• Interest or experience in the retail industry is a plus• Displays a sense of urgency; manages time efficiently and can meet tight deadlines• Strong multi-tasker; flexible to changing priorities and managing multiple projects• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality SPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
