The Business Analyst will help drive growth and make a positive contribution to the business and delivery teams with a primary focus on Workday Integrations. The Business Analyst is expected to bring subject matter expertise and be responsible for gathering requirements and supporting solutions design around HR and Payroll integrations. This position will have the responsibility to work with Workday integration developers, HR and Payroll Systems and business user teams. Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business, and IT teams to gather and document requirements Participate in full-cycle business analysis projects and solution review sessions. Technical Skills: Dynamic team player with the ability to collaborate with in and across teams and departments Ability to learn new technologies and evaluate multiple technologies to solve a problem Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Good written and verbal communication skills in English Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit Someone with a sharp eye for data analysis, who is able to present his/her findings in a clear concise way Understand business practices and project methodologies.
