Position: Salon Color Apprentice Location: NYC Salons Reports to: General Manager, Salons Approximately 4-6 models are required for class each week. • Assure consistent execution of the ‘Ideal Client Experience’ creating a high touch customer service experience that is efficient, helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. • Reports to Cutting and Color floor coordinators any client recovery needs/issues and demonstrates excellent customer service. • Support Salons retail plan by partnering with hairdressers on educating clients on products and assuring every client is issued a recommendation, prescription sheet.
