The bridal stylist is passionate about fashion, understands clothing style lines, and is knowledgeable about fabric (we can teach the right candidate without fabric knowledge). The stylist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our brides, through thorough knowledge of our designers and products, excellent communication skills, and a positive, caring attitude. They must have very strong oral and written skills, with timely and precise language used in explaining store policies, designer policies, timelines, estimates, and responding to customers questions and requests. The bridal stylist must place accurate orders and keep perfect records of payments, timelines, and correspondence with customers. Masako Bridal is Hawaii's oldest locally-owned bridal shop, and we follow old school principles of aloha, trust, and hard work.
