Bridal Stylist

Stylists are also expected to learn and retain knowledge of all gowns and accessories from the world’s most renowned collections and designers that MAGNOLLIA WHITE carries including Galia Lahav and many more. • Provide highest level of customer service by demonstrating knowledge in bridal wear • Build relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up by email and phone calls • Generate new sales leads, and ensure CRM is executed to build appointments • Consult, dress, fit, and measure the customers for couture gown orders, and correspond with Designers to ensure correct and timely delivery • Complete monetary transactions responsibly, and adhere to Salon policies • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner and determine the optimal solutions that result in customer satisfaction • Ensure that the Salon is clean and well-maintained at all times • Conduct monthly inventory • Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with designers • Maintain social media platforms, and any other marketing initiatives • Understand and maintain the MAGNOLIA WHITE brand standards • Assist with sister company SUMMER HOUSE, when needed • Other duties as assigned Education and Experience: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • Fashion design degree preferred but not required • 1 – 2 years of retail experience required • Wedding experience preferred but not required Skills and Qualifications: • Open availability and flexibility to work weekends • Excellent interpersonal communications skills with customers, vendors, co- workers, and management • Internet savvy with basic computer knowledge • Passion for fashion and bridal wear industry • Strong eye for aesthetics including bridal styling, design, and merchandising • Extremely detailed to take gown measurements, and place orders • High energy, positive attitude, and out-going • Professional and fashion-forward appearance Benefits that apply to FULL and PART TIME employees: • Health Insurance (Dental, Vision, Prescription, and medical) *Must ensure to meet eligibility • Personal Holiday (After completion of orientation period) • PTO (after 6 months of working) • Sick Leave for Full- Time employee (Once eligible) • Company-provided family meal (on scheduled day of work) • Bus pass reimbursement program OR company-provided free parking • Various types of discounts such as cell phone (AT&T;), rental car (Alamo, Enterprise, Hertz, and National), gym membership (24-hour fitness & UFC Gym), discounted movie tickets, and much more!
