With our fantastic commission scale, a consultant of high caliber can earn between $50-80k a year or more with base hourly rate plus commissions and plus tips. Duties: > Helping the bride select gowns > Follow up with customers via email and phone > Communicate with vendors and maintain a good relationship > Relay strong product knowledge and ability to style Requirements: > Excellent sales ability > Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales goals > Friendly customer service > Energetic attitude > General computer knowledge > Attention to detail > Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment > Clear communication and follow up > Display a professional image reflective of Bridals by Lori aesthetics Experience: > Sales: 1 year with proven sales achievements > Experience in the wedding/bridal industry is a plus, but not required.
