BRAND MARKETING MANAGER

As The Children’s Place Manager, Brand Marketing, you are part of a strategic team of big thinkers and creatives who work interdependently. The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing marketing plans for the TCP and Gymboree brands that drive sales and keep the brands competitive and beloved by ‘Moms’. Responsibilities: Brand Advisor & Business Thought-Leader Maintain the brand integrity across all marketing efforts Develop a keen understanding of the brands’ businesses, priorities, and products Drive seasonal hindsight process by utilizing historical performance, current trend analysis, market research and cross-functional feedback in partnership with Director Support Leadership Team with presentation development, including Monthly Business Reviews, Seasonal Marketing Alignment Strategies, Hindsights, and additional meetings Responsible for developing team marketing presentations to ensure that each deck is visually “on-brand” Build and manage seasonal budgets for brand, influencer marketing, media and public relations Oversee media/agency invoicing process, ensuring contracts are within budget and accurately accrued for Partner with Legal team on all current and future contracts, sweepstakes and contests Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy Support the development and implementation of 360 multi-channel lifecycle marketing plans for all marketing touchpoints, collaborating with cross-functional internal partners to deliver on business goals Lead seasonal planning and oversee marketing execution, including collaborative planning, goal setting, creation of briefs for season, stories and campaigns Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing cadence, messaging, promotions and media across all channels Meet with cross-functional team to review business results against projections and plans to inform future decisions Monitor and evaluate competitive actions - develop recommendations Track industry trends and new technologies to drive innovation in our marketing strategies and programs and social media programs Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 7+ years of experience in marketing and social media management Skills and Behaviors Are naturally curious and as such will rigorously analyze data and metrics Can be creative and execute operationally Thrive working in a fast-paced, deadline driven scaling organization
