Job Summary: As The Children’s Place Brand Marketing Associate, you are responsible for the ideation, execution and hindsight of 360-degree brand marketing campaigns that support key business priorities. This candidate is an independent, self-motivated, results-driven creative professional with passion to learn all aspects of the retail business, and deepen skills across the marketing mix. This role will come up with new, creative (and measurable) ways to bring brand awareness, engage and activate ‘Mom’ through multiple brand touchpoints. Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Customer Programs Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of seasonal brand marketing initiatives for the brand Ideate and collaborate with team on new brand initiatives to drive brand traffic, new customers and sales Establish and roll out new omni-channel programs and events to elevate the customer experience, drive traffic, new customers and sales Partner with cross-functional teams on integration opportunities and asset distribution (i.e. email, app, site, paid media, site, PR, etc.) Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, foot traffic, and other KPI metrics Monitor competitive marketing and advertising trends, helping identify key opportunities for innovation Work closely with cross-functional business partners to ensure campaigns are leveraged across all appropriate communication channels to achieve maximum impact Partnerships Oversee and manage all influencer placements/campaigns including gifting, contract negotiations, reporting and budgeting Identify brand-right and impactful personalities and outlets to launch new products and reinforce brand messaging Manage digital influencer campaigns to grow brand awareness and assure a steady cadence of high-quality, brand-right content for our social channels Pull campaign data and review influencer performance/insights Make sure our influencer marketing complies with all regulatory and FTC standards for communication on medical devices that are marketed to consumers through influencers Help drive strategic partnerships for the brand; comfortable reaching out to potential new partners, speaking on behalf of the brand and negotiating programming to achieve maximum results Press Assist Director in creating Public Relations campaigns that align with each month’s business objectives, increase market brand share, and maximize sales Work with PR agency partner to coordinate media requests, establish relationships with key media and facilitate ongoing product requests; develop media materials as needed Contribute ideas to the seasonal PR strategy plan – suggesting potential campaigns, new target influencer/celebrity outreach and print opportunities Product Editor Collaborate with ECommerce, Creative, and Merchandising teams to strategize key product focuses/programs, event timing, metric goals, sales expectations, and operational planning Create compelling, original and platform-specific content in partnership with content creators as well as Social, Creative and Copy teams to balance organic/promoted content strategy Partner with internal cross-functional and channel partners, as well as external partners to manage deadlines, budgets and asset delivery Manage samples request and delivery in tandem with Sourcing and Merchants Work closely with Brand Marketing, Copy and Creative ensure all deliverables maintain brand standards Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in marketing and public relations
