Brand Manager/Store Lead

Duties

Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage store operations including inventory control, merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Implement marketing initiatives to boost store visibility and customer engagement.
Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers while resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Manage our social media accounts, create content and coordinate events to help improve our customer outreach!

Experience/Skills

2+ years of proven management experience in retail sales with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong background in inventory management, purchasing, and stock control procedures.
Demonstrated skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence.
Experience with POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer bases effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills combined with effective time management to handle multiple priorities efficiently. We value proactive individuals who excel in team management, possess excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering top-tier retail experiences.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
