Lead the execution of Brand Image initiatives across RLS stores Translate global brand directives and marketing campaigns into localized, in-store presentations aligned with store profiles Ensure consistent brand standards and visual presentation across all locations Extensive experience in luxury retail visual merchandising or creative presentation Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale installations with precision and creativity Expertise in mannequin styling, creative rigging, and spatial composition Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Deep understanding of Ralph Lauren’s brand heritage and aesthetic Strong creative and strategic thinker with a highly developed eye for detail Highly organized and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships, drives alignment, and fosters accountability across teams Results-driven, with a focus on execution excellence and maintaining brand consistency
