Merchandise product displays according to planograms and make any necessary adjustments due to sell-through and inventory levels. Install new seasonal marketing and remove outdated collateral. Check the stock room and receiving areas to ensure replenishment has been completed and push any remaining product to the sales floor. Collaborate with store staff to optimize inventory placement and identify opportunities for product seeding or re-merchandising. Communicate Insights and Collaborate Internally Complete post-visit reports, ideally by the end of the week, including clear, well-composed photos and written summaries that document store conditions, insights, and actions taken. Alert the wholesale manager when proper inventory is not available at a retail location, and work with the store team to assess the root cause.
