The focus of this position is managing content creation across all social media platforms and cultivating brand partnerships and media relationships. You will: • Lead and manage all content creation for social media, ensuring posts, campaigns, and visuals reflect the brand identity and aesthetic • Develop and implement content calendars, creative campaigns, and photoshoot plans with budgets and timelines • Proactively identify, pitch, and cultivate relationships with national and regional design, lifestyle, and trade publications • Manage press requests, editorial opportunities, and brand collaborations • Drive marketing initiatives to grow visibility, engagement, and audience connection • Coordinate resources, schedules, and vendors to ensure all content and campaigns run smoothly We’re looking for someone who: • Has 3–5 years of experience in brand, marketing, communications, or related fields (luxury, design, or lifestyle preferred) • Possesses a gifted storyteller’s sensibility, with a strong visual eye and a deep understanding of brand ethos and identity • Has experience managing social media content, creative campaigns, photoshoots, and brand partnerships • Balances strategic thinking with sleeves-rolled-up execution • Is organized, proactive, and resourceful • Is based in CT or NYC, with flexibility to travel or been in office as needed Salary $80,000
