What We Are Look For

We're looking for a part-time Fashion Content Creator & On-Camera Model to join our Raleigh team.

This is a hands-on, in-person content role—not a behind-the-scenes social media position.

The person in this role will regularly try on and model Gena Chandler clothing, appear in Reels and photos, create content featuring our products, photograph and film the team, and help develop creative concepts for how we showcase the brand online.

If you love fashion, styling, photography, Instagram, and being on camera—and you're the type of person who naturally comes up with "we should try this!" ideas—we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Model Gena Chandler clothing and accessories for photos, Reels, Stories, and other social contentBe comfortable regularly appearing on camera and confidently showcasing complete styled outfitsCreate Reels, Stories, carousels, and thumbnailsPhotograph and film the owners for social media and help develop creative ways to feature their personality, expertise, and styleCome up with creative concepts, Reel ideas, styling ideas, and ways to make our content more engagingStyle and pull outfits before shootsCapture content in our store and at local Raleigh/North Hills locationsHelp create polished, elevated fashion content that still feels natural, fun, and relatableStay current on Instagram trends and know how to adapt them to a fashion brand without making the content feel forced or overly trendyHave a strong eye for photography, composition, lighting, framing, and overall aestheticsWork independently and arrive prepared with ideas—not waiting to be told what to shootCollaborate with the Gena Chandler team to bring new products, styling concepts, and campaigns to lifeAnalyze social media analytics and performance to identify what content is working, what isn't, and opportunities to drive continued audience growth.What We Are Looking For:

Raleigh-area local who can work in personStrong understanding of Instagram: Reels and storiesComfortable modeling women's clothing and being photographed/filmedConfident, outgoing, personable, and natural on cameraStrong personal sense of style and the ability to put together complete, polished looksCreative thinker who can come up with content ideas independentlyReliable, energetic, organized, and comfortable working independentlyAvailable for morning and daytime shoots several times per week, totaling approximately 10 hours per week as well as some evening eventsExperience creating fashion, lifestyle, retail content is strongly preferredBonus: experience in graphic design is a plus, particularly for creating website graphics, event graphics, promotional materials, and other branded visual assetsHow to Apply -- Email Required:
