This part-time, hourly position offers hands-on experience in fashion retail operations, e-commerce management, and business administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a varied work environment, bring a genuine passion for fashion and brand culture, and contribute directly to the founder's daily operations and strategic initiatives — including personal assistance and influencer relations. ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operations Support: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong multitasking abilities with excellent time managementProblem-solving mindset — able to research and resolve complex issues independentlyHigh-stress tolerance, especially during peak business periods (product drops, sales events)Professional communication skills, both written and verbalGo-getter attitude with proactive approach to identifying and solving problemsGenuine kindness and positive interpersonal skills — able to work harmoniously with team members, customers, vendors, and influencer partnersSelf-motivated with ability to take initiative without constant supervisionDiscretion and trustworthiness when handling personal and confidential informationPreferred Qualifications: Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industryExperience in a personal assistant or executive assistant roleFamiliarity with influencer marketing or PR gifting processesFamiliarity with inventory management systemsGenuine enthusiasm for fashion, streetwear, and emerging brandsThis position operates in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment where priorities can shift quickly.
