Brand and Founder Assistant

DDAM is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand & Founder Assistant to join our fast-paced clothing brand team. This part-time, hourly position offers hands-on experience in fashion retail operations, e-commerce management, and business administration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a varied work environment, bring a genuine passion for fashion and brand culture, and contribute directly to the founder's daily operations and strategic initiatives — including personal assistance and influencer relations.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operations Support:

Assist with diverse daily operational tasks and special projectsManage inventory tracking, fulfillment, and logistics coordinationMaintain organized filing systems and databases using Excel and Google DriveHandle multiple concurrent projects with shifting prioritiesPersonal Assistant Support:

Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, and schedulingRun personal and business-related errands as neededCoordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerariesHandle personal tasks and to-do's on behalf of the founder to support day-to-day efficiencyAnticipate needs and proactively manage priorities to keep the founder organized and on trackCustomer Relations & Communication:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues via emailMaintain professional communication standards representing the DDAM brandCoordinate with customers regarding shipping, returns, and product questionsInfluencer & Gifting Execution:

Execute the influencer gifting process as directed, including pulling and preparing products, packaging, and labeling shipmentsEnsure gifted packages are assembled accurately and presented in an on-brand mannerCoordinate drop-offs and shipments of gifted products in a timely fashionMaintain organized records of gifting activity, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmationsCommunicate with influencers as needed regarding shipping details and logisticsSupport the founder with any additional gifting tasks or fulfillment needs as they ariseLogistics & Transportation:

Conduct regular driving assignments for business operations (significant driving component)Pick up inventory, supplies, and handle various errandsCoordinate deliveries and vendor relationshipsTechnical & Analytical Tasks:

Learn and utilize various e-commerce platforms and business softwareCreate and maintain spreadsheets for tracking sales, inventory, influencer gifting, and operationsAssist with data entry and analysis projectsQualificationsLocation & Availability:

Must reside within 30 minutes driving distance from our office and operational locationsFlexible schedule availability — able to work more or fewer days as business needs fluctuateReliable personal transportation and valid driver's licenseTechnical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive/Google WorkspaceStrong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platformsComfortable with technology and digital toolsProfessional Attributes:
