Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, support store initiatives, and represent brand expectations while developing customer relationships and pursuing future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities • Drive daily sales to achieve individual and team goals • Provide exceptional customer service and build clientele • Support and participate in team training and company initiatives • Utilize technology and alternative purchase methods to support sales • Maintain store standards and ensure sales floor readiness • Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs • Champion company values and deliver consistent brand experiences Requirements • Retail or related industry experience preferred • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills • Able to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move around the store environment • Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel • Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team
