Responsibilities • Drive daily sales and achieve sales goals through proactive customer engagement • Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations • Support company initiatives and participate in team training • Utilize omnichannel tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home • Expand customer accessibility using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores • Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management • Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times Requirements • Retail or related industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment • Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel • Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout the sales floor and back areas • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
