As the business grew she changed the name to Oh My Gauze® and opened a second store in Sarasota, Florida, and then a third store in Naples, Florida. Due to the high demand for unique clothing, a website was developed, and Oh My Gauze!® began selling wholesale to hundreds of stores throughout North America. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring inventory control, and fostering a positive work environment for staff. Responsibilities: • Drive sales and deliver excellent customer experience • Oversee inventory & merchandising • Schedule staff, train new hires, ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain visual standards in line with brand style Requirements: • 2+ years retail management (fashion preferred) • Autonomy & leadership • Strong communication • Passion for style and customer service • Reliable and organized
