Position Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging approximately 8–21 hours per week, scheduled within the following store hours:

Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PMSunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PMApplicants should have flexibility to work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts within these hours. Actual weekly hours will vary based on availability, experience, and business needs.

Weekend shifts may be shared or rotated among team members. Additional hours may be available based on experience, availability, and store needs.

AshleGryre is an established women’s fashion boutique located in the Beaches Town Center district of Atlantic Beach, Florida.

Our curated assortment includes elevated wardrobe essentials, denim, dresses, modern tops, statement accessories, outerwear, handbags, and shoes. We serve a loyal local clientele as well as visitors from throughout North Florida and currently operate two boutique locations.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an energetic, polished, and engaging Boutique Sales Stylist who enjoys fashion, working with people, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is dependable, business-minded, confident speaking with customers, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced boutique environment. This role is especially well suited to someone interested in fashion, retail, marketing, merchandising, hospitality, business, or entrepreneurship.

Previous retail or styling experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates maturity, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning.

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and engage every customerAssist customers with merchandise selection, styling, sizing, and fitBuild customer relationships through attentive and personalized serviceAnswer questions about products, brands, and store merchandiseMaintain organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing sales areasReplenish, size, fold, steam, and organize merchandise throughout the shiftAssist with receiving, tagging, processing, and displaying new inventoryOperate the point-of-sale system and other store technologySupport basic social media, product content, and in-store promotional activities when neededMaintain a clean, polished, and welcoming boutique environmentCommunicate customer requests, concerns, and sales opportunities to managementFollow store procedures, safety standards, and operational expectationsQualifications

Because this is a customer-facing styling position, team members are expected to maintain a polished, professional appearance and wear clothing and accessories that are consistent with the boutique’s aesthetic and dress standards.
