Boutique Sales Associate/Stylist

Luxuoire is a locally owned, upscale women’s boutique located at The Shoppes at Vanderbilt in North Naples. We offer a curated collection of contemporary women’s clothing and accessories with a strong focus on personal styling, genuine customer relationships, and exceptional service.

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Fashion Sales Associate who loves fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with clients, and understands that great boutique service is about much more than making a sale.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play an important role in both the customer experience and the day-to-day operation of the boutique. Responsibilities include:

Warmly welcoming customers and providing attentive, personalized serviceWorking one-on-one with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and personal styleStyling clients and recommending clothing, accessories, and complete looksBuilding genuine relationships with customers and helping create a loyal clienteleMaintaining strong knowledge of our merchandise, new arrivals, fit, and available optionsActively engaging with customers throughout their visit rather than waiting to be approachedProcessing purchases, returns, and other transactions through our POS systemAssisting with merchandising, displays, and preparing new product for the sales floorKeeping the sales floor, fitting rooms, displays, and back-of-house areas clean and beautifully presentedAssisting with inventory procedures and organizationPacking and preparing online orders for shipmentWorking closely with the rest of our small team to provide a consistent, exceptional customer experienceWho We’re Looking For

Prior clothing or fashion retail experience is required.

Our ideal candidate:

Has previous experience in women’s fashion retail, boutique sales, or a similar customer-focused sales positionHas a genuine interest in contemporary women’s fashion and stylingEnjoys starting conversations and engaging with customersIs comfortable making styling suggestions and recommending additional pieces to complete a lookUnderstands the importance of building trust and long-term customer relationshipsHas a warm, friendly, polished, and professional demeanorIs dependable, energetic, and comfortable working as part of a small teamHas strong communication and interpersonal skillsIs comfortable using a POS system and handling basic retail transactionsIs willing to assist with all aspects of boutique operations—not just sellingSchedule

This is a part-time position, but associates must be available to work full-day shifts on their scheduled days.

Candidates should have some flexibility in their availability, including the ability to work scheduled weekend shifts as needed.
