Position Overview We’re seeking an outgoing, style-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, and thrives in a boutique environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and styling assistance Help clients select, style, and match outfits to fit their personal taste and occasion Process transactions accurately and efficiently Support day-to-day operations including merchandising, restocking, and inventory management Engage with customers both in-store and on social media platforms Assist with product displays, seasonal floor sets, and content creation for marketing campaigns Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment Perform other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing, and confident with a strong sense of personal style Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion, styling, and client experience Reliable and available to work regular weekends and additional seasonal shifts Experience with Shopify platform preferred
