We are currently hiring a full-time Store Manager to oversee the operations and sales of our boutique. Implement effective sales strategies and motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide goals. Manage labor costs vs sales Team Leadership Lead and Inspire:
Lead, manage, and inspire the store team. Training and Feedback:
Conduct regular training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment. Inventory Management Stock Levels:
Oversee inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked with current merchandise. Audits and Organization:
Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stockroom organization. Visual Merchandising Merchandise Displays:
Maintain visually appealing and effective merchandise displays that reflect the brand's style and attract customers. Operational Tasks Daily Operations:
Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring store safety and cleanliness. Staff scheduling Hiring Reporting Data Analysis:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and inventory data to make informed decisions for improving store performance. Community Engagement Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships within the local community to drive foot traffic and build a loyal customer base. Qualifications Retail Experience:
