Boutique Manager — Women's Swimwear & Fashion Concept

[$15-25hr] + bonus commission and custom structure

Sbovia is a new women's swimwear and fashion concept opening in Melbourne bikinis and swimsuits alongside jewelry, art, surf culture and original media, all under one roof. It's not a typical mall shop, and this isn't a typical store manager role.

We need someone who can take full ownership from day one: run the floor, drive sales, guide customers through swimwear fit and styling, and shape Sbovia's identity as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-visibility position with real room to grow into something bigger for the right person.

What you'll own:

Opening, closing, and day-to-day store operations
Leading from the floor — actively selling, not just running the register
Customer styling and fit guidance across our swimwear line
Merchandising, displays, and keeping the space visually sharp
Inventory — receiving, organizing, tracking
POS and daily transactions (Clover)
Content — occasional photos/video for social
Spotting trends: what's selling, what customers want, what to change
Hiring, training, and managing sales staff as we grow
Solving problems on your own and keeping things moving

You might be a great fit if you have a background in: fashion, social media, retail sales, modeling, photography, content creation, or e-commerce. You don't need all of these — just real strength in a few.

Who we're looking for: outgoing, reliable, creative, detail-oriented, comfortable approaching customers, strong aesthetic instincts, tech-comfortable, and genuinely into fashion.
