Gretchen's Kids Boutique is seeking a dependable Store Manager to oversee daily boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with purchases.Handle daily store operations, including opening and closing.Operate the register and process sales, returns, and exchanges.Enter new inventory and maintain accurate product information.Merchandise products and create attractive store displays.Process, package, and ship online orders.Keep the boutique clean, neat, and well-organized.Assist with promotions, sales events, and seasonal merchandise changes.Help increase sales and build relationships with customers.Qualifications

Previous retail experience preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.Basic computer skills; Shopify experience is a plus.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays.Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
