Boutique Leadership Associate - Management & Entrepreneurship Track

Part-Time | Approximately 12–15 Hours/Week | Wichita, KS

2 Beatz Boutique is looking for someone special to join our team. Someone who is excited to learn, lead, sell, create and grow alongside a small business.

This position is ideal for a motivated, outgoing individual who loves fashion, enjoys helping women look and feel their best, and is interested in learning what it truly takes to operate and grow a retail boutique.

We would especially love to meet college students studying fashion, business, marketing, entrepreneurship, retail management or a related field, but being a student is not required. We're ultimately looking for the right person.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the owner while learning the day-to-day and behind-the-scenes operations of 2 Beatz Boutique. Responsibilities will grow as you grow in the position and may include:

Opening and closing the boutique independently

Providing an elevated, welcoming customer experience

Styling customers and helping them confidently put looks together

Actively selling and working toward individual and store sales goals

Receiving, steaming, tagging and preparing new inventory

Maintaining and creating visual merchandising displays

Delegating daily store tasks when appropriate

Handling customer questions and concerns

Learning inventory and retail operations

Participating in boutique events, photoshoots and community activations

Bringing creative ideas for events, merchandising and customer experiences

Representing 2 Beatz in the community and helping us continue growing our name in Wichita

Comfortable selling. You genuinely enjoy helping customers and aren't afraid to recommend another piece, complete an outfit or help someone step outside of their comfort zone.

Dependable. If you're scheduled to be there, the team can count on you.

Creative. You have ideas and aren't afraid to share them.

A leader. You can work alongside a team while also being comfortable giving direction when needed.

Eager to learn. You don't have to know everything about running a boutique—we want someone excited to learn it.

More Than a Retail Job

This position is intentionally designed to include mentorship and hands-on learning.

You'll work directly with the owner of 2 Beatz and gain exposure to the many sides of boutique entrepreneurship, including retail operations, sales, styling, merchandising, inventory, buying, photoshoots, events, marketing, customer experience and team leadership.

Our goal is to pour into the right person while giving them real responsibility and room to grow.

For the right candidate, this position has the potential to develop into a Store Manager role as 2 Beatz continues to grow.

Schedule & Compensation

Approximately 12–15 hours per week, primarily Thursday through Saturday/weekend availability, with occasional events and photoshoots.

Starting pay: $12–$13/hour based on experience + sales commission opportunities.

This is a paid, part-time position with hands-on mentorship, professional development and opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement.
