Summary
The Boutique Facilitator provides multi-functional support to the boutique, ensuring exceptional client service and smooth daily operations. This role assists sales associates, supports inventory and shipment processes, and performs administrative and point-of-sale duties to maximize client-facing time.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service, welcome and greet clients, and support hostingProvide continuous sales and service support to Fashion Advisors and the boutique teamSupport operations with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and re-ticketingAssist with packaging and prepare product for client deliveriesSupport opening and closing registers and assist with handling cash and depositsManage administrative tasks including answering phones and resolving client issuesFacilitate receiving inventory and shipping product to support salesRequirements
Minimum 1 year of related experienceMinimum High School DiplomaAbility to lift up to 15 lbsFlexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidaysStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamForeign language skills preferred
