The Boutique Facilitator provides flexible, multi-functional support across boutique activities to help maximize client-facing time and ensure smooth operations. This role delivers exceptional client service while supporting sales associates and the operations team.
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients, provide hosting, and support a high-quality client experience.Assist sales associates with service, sales support, and product packaging.Support incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.Assist with opening and closing registers, handling cash and deposits, and answering phone calls.Requirements
At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.Passion for client experience and interest in learning about the brand and its products.Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
