Boutique Facilitator

Summary The Boutique Facilitator provides operational and client service support within the boutique, enabling sales associates to maximize client-facing time. This role is a multi functional generalist position responsible for assisting with shipments inventory tasks register procedures and administrative duties to ensure a seamless client experience. Responsibilities • Welcome and greet clients and support hosting activities • Provide sales and service support as a brand ambassador • Support incoming and outgoing shipment processes • Assist with inventory cycle counts and daily re ticketing • Assist and support Fashion Advisors with packaging • Support opening and closing of registers and handle cash deposits • Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally • Facilitate receiving inventory and shipping product to support sales Requirements • Minimum 1 year of related experience • Minimum High School Diploma • Ability to lift 15 lbs • Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of and passion for client experience • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
