You must have the ability to take the lead in sales and work with an eclectic, professional clientele. Fashion Sales experience is a MUST! You will be part of a team where art and fashion intersect to place Matrushka on the cutting edge of the latest trends. \\- Inventory Management \\- Organizational Skills Requirements: \\- Knowledge of Social Media \\- Understanding of current fashion trends -Proficient in word press HUGE PLUS \\- Creativity \\- Computer and math skills are a MUST \\- Retail experience with high volume sales \\- Very organized \\- Take direction and be detail oriented \\- Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays and special events \\- Responsible and reliable \\- Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment \\- Comfortable talking to clients in store and over the phone \\- Customer service experience \\- Some understanding of sewing and garment construction \\- Maintain open lines of communication with owner \\- Able to work a variety of days and hours Store hours are between 11-7 on weekdays and 11-6 on weekends. We are looking for a person to take on 3-4 days depending on work availability.
