Bookkeeper / Controller

We are a growing e-commerce company based in Richmond, VA, currently undergoing an exciting operational transition—including a move to a new warehouse facility and the modernization of our internal systems. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented bookkeeper/controller to join our lean team and take ownership of our financial operations. This is a hands-on, part-time role for someone who can manage the full scope of day-to-day financial operations independently. Strong bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals (experience with full-cycle AP/AR required)Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks)Excellent attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepancies quicklyExperience with collections and vendor payment managementComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational and time-management skills—able to handle the workload in approximately 20 hours per weekFamiliarity with e-commerce or fulfillment operations is a plus but not requiredMust be local to the Richmond, VA area and available to work on-site This is a great opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper who wants a flexible, part-time schedule with real ownership over a company’s finances.
