Min. 1 year exp. in Accounts Payable. Will verify invoices and check request; flag questionable invoices; schedule payments, record them, maintain files; process commission and expense reports; reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, correspond with vendors; assist with month end closing. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics a plus; strong Excel Skills helpful.
