Summary This role leads a small team to maintain inventory accuracy, timely flow of product to the sales floor, and compliance with safety and loss-prevention standards. The supervisor partners with store leadership to support operational priorities and team development. Responsibilities Previous experience in retail stockroom, receiving, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or point-of-sale systems.Ability to lift and move merchandise (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.
