We're looking for a passionate, style-savvy team member to help create unforgettable shopping experiences at Bobbles & Lace. This role goes beyond retail—it's about building community, curating fashion, and bringing energy to everything we do in and outside the boutique.ResponsibilitiesProvide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized styling for each client—from head to toe.Cultivate lasting relationships within the Cincinnati community through in-store and off-site events, partnerships with local businesses, and engagement with community groups.Plan and book in-store events that elevate the shopping experience and draw new and returning clients.Execute opening and closing procedures including register counts, bank deposits, and securing the boutique.Actively participate in team meetings to stay aligned with company updates and initiatives.Consistently support team to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals set by Bobbles & Lace.Ensure the boutique remains carefully merchandised and well-maintained at all times.Create engaging, on-brand content for the store’s social media accounts.Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities as needed.Participate in ongoing team trainings to grow skills in styling, merchandising, social media, and more.QualificationsPrevious experience in retail, fashion, or customer service preferredA passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel confident in what they wearStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients and the communityOutgoing, positive attitude with a love for connecting with peopleHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with sales goals and motivated by performance-based resultsSocial media savvy with experience creating engaging content (Instagram, Stories, Reels, etc. )Willingness to participate in and support boutique events, both in-store and in the communityFlexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekendsReliable and responsible with basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and store operationsTeam player who enjoys collaboration and continuous learningMust be available on Mondays and weekendsBenefitsFree parkingOpportunities for advancementPaid trainingJob Type: Part-timeSchedule: Afternoon shift, Day shift, Evening shiftSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
