Bilingual Fashion Stylist / Sales Consultant (English & Spanish)

From quinceañeras to prom and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, styling complete looks, and being part of milestone moments. Provide exceptional, personalized styling experiences for quinceañera and prom customers Communicate confidently with both English and Spanish-speaking clients and families Build relationships and create a welcoming, inclusive environment Assist customers in selecting gowns, accessories, and complete looks Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain visual standards and organization of the sales floor Support team with appointments, events, and weekend promotions Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Retail or sales experience preferred (fashion experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fashion, trends, and styling Ability to work weekends and during peak seasons Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Submit your resume and a brief introduction telling us why you’d be a great fit.
