Jlorraine is a dynamic and growing lifestyle brand specializing in curated products with a strong focus on quality, customer experience, and efficient online and retail operations. • Utilize Airtable, Excel, Shopify POS, and other platforms to track inventory, orders, influencer campaigns, and production status. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • 2+ years experience in e-commerce operations, retail management, or related fields • Proficient with Shopify, Airtable, Excel, and POS systems • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize competing tasks • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team • Experience with inventory management and small-batch production support a plus • Bilingual • A passion for fashion and an understanding of current market trends are essential.
