Overview We’re a small but growing custom apparel shop in the Reno/Sparks area and part of a creative, customer-focused franchise. We specialize in custom clothing, hats, and accessories — from one-off gifts to bulk orders. Our shop is hands-on, fast-paced, and full of personality. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Store Lead to support day-to-day operations, help guide the team, and drive great customer experiences. We are looking for someone who: • Is reliable, friendly and has retail or customer-facing experience (store lead is a plus) • Loves working with people and solving problems in real time • Is confident in sales and enjoys helping customers find what they love • Is familiar with Adobe Illustrator • Is comfortable with technology and learning a POS system • Takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is highly dependable • Thrives in a small, hands-on environment where everyone pitches in • Can organize and prep custom apparel jobs • Helps keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly
