Essential Responsibilities Research C-suite benefits related inquires across all benefit offerings Interact with 20+ providers to determine solutions for benefit related inquires Completion of monthly provider invoicing payment coding\approval Develop dynamic presentations of benefit offerings (in PowerPoint) Coordinate team logistics for travel, presentation venues, expenses, etc. Track internal and provider communication campaigns Maintain all components of Knowledge Base and Files for benefits team Review/monitor reports for HRIS system updates Education High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree Business, Human Resources, related field, and/or equivalent experience Professional Experience Benefits call center experience preferred 3+ years benefit related experience required Knowledge\skills Knowledge of Benefits administration, open enrollment activities Strong time management skills within a fast-paced environment Ability to Work Under Pressure - Ability to be objective and flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, work assignments, and other interactions that may impact pre- established courses of action for completing projects and assignments. Ability to multi-task without losing site of projects and completion dates Ability to collect, gather, visualize and analyze information in details Skilled in initiating, structuring and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks Skillful in compiling, organizing and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Ability to create effective/creative presentations from content outlines Ability to understand team strategy and relevance to company goals Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Upholds a high level of confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
