Core Accountabilities: Research and prepare market data analysis for new requisitions and promotions Prepare offer detail worksheets for review and approval In collaboration with the Manager of Compensation and HRIS, develop and participate in a variety of compensation surveys. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
