Experience: Achieve increased sales and ensure the floorpad is prepared for guests by implementing visual guidelines, captivating and promotional displays, and keeping up-to-date with product range and brand options to support customers when required.Utilize store resources to grasp sales trends, inventory control, and product utilization for addressing and assisting customer requirements effectively.Organize truck shipments, transfer merchandise to the retail floor, and position items in the storage area in alignment with operational requirements.Develop visual aids and merchandising strategies to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.Ensure products are always in stock and the floor display is fully stocked by completing priority restocking tasks, manual restocking, and maximizing merchandise placement to achieve a well-prepared floor display for customers.Organize and upkeep the backroom by finding items to assist with restocking, shipping orders, and fulfilling customer needs.Improve the way products are displayed by applying effective remerchandising techniques to enhance the shopping experience for customers as items are sold.Assist with implementing effective strategies for adjusting prices through the execution of clearance merchandising methods, including ensuring accurate signage placement.Utilize the fitting rooms as a chance to greet, motivate, and assist customers.Ensure that merchandise from the fitting room and guest service is promptly returned to the sales floor to support customer satisfaction and meet their needs effectively.Consistently exhibit a culture that values ethical behavior, prioritizes safety, and complies with regulations.Always ensure to operate in a secure fashion; adhere to all safety regulations, recommended procedures, and training protocols; identify and address any potential risks.Assist with guest services including secondary cashier duties, fulfilling orders for pick up, and managing drive-up services, all while upholding a culture of adherence to regulations like adult beverage laws at various levels of government.Enhance the atmosphere by offering a warm welcome to visitors while attending to your regular duties.When visitors require aid, interact with them in a friendly manner to address their individual requirements.Expressing gratitude to our customers and conveying our joy in their decision to shop at Target.All additional responsibilities as required by the demands of the businessSkills: A trailblazer in integrated retail, Target employs its brick-and-mortar outlets as nearby centers for online order services such as Drive Up and Order Pickup, while preserving their dedication to community charity and environmentally conscious commercial tactics through the Target Forward initiative.
