Summary Client Advisor responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and personal engagement. Role is onsite and involves servicing clients both in-store and digitally using store technology to drive sales and client loyalty. Reports to the Sales Manager and focuses on achieving individual sales and client conversion goals. Responsibilities • Cultivate and maintain client relationships through in-person and digital outreach • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to advise clients • Utilize digital selling tools and omni-channel inventory to close sales • Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion and wardrobing goals • Strategize and manage own business to increase productivity • Use social media and technology to connect with clients and drive traffic • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive collaborative environment
