Definition of Seasonal Employment: A seasonal associate is an associate who is hired into a position to assist with meeting the seasonal demands of Bealls’ business. Seasonal associates are not eligible to participate in Bealls’ benefit programs. • Customer Service Experience Preferred • Must have strong verbal communication skills • Work both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goals • Helpful attitude toward guests and other team members • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes • Utilization of Zebra PDA and POS Systems • Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
