Back End - Back End Associate

Position Summary: The Backend Associate are required to hang and/ or process all new merchandise accurately and efficiently in accordance with Forman Mills productivity standard. Maintaining a clean, tidy and organized backroom. • Removal of trash and empty pallets in the processing area. • Responsible for accurately scanning all merchandise to prevent any inventory adjustments • Performs additional tasks when needed outside the receiving area to include: o Cross train on the register o Cross trained Fitting room o Salesfloor recovery o Merchandising/ stocking o Markdowns • Help deter theft by reporting all dishonest behavior to management and/ or Loss Prevention department Position Requirements: • Ability to work varied hours/days, including 2-3 nights per week, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business. • Ability to communicate effectively as it relates to communicating to customers and team members all Forman Mills written policy and procedures, training materials, directives and any other materials Forman Mills produces.
