This role will support pre-opening efforts in partnership with the corporate team in Dallas We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s as they search for a Store Manager to lead the opening of their new boutique on Knox Street in Dallas. This is a rare opportunity to launch a new boutique on Knox Street with a well-established, highly respected company synonymous with excellence and craftsmanship in fine jewelry, while helping establish what is poised to become one of the company’s premier locations. • Partner closely with leadership to execute the strategy for new boutique opening • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle to build a high-performing, client-focused teams • Oversee all aspects of boutique setup in accordance with brand standards • Establish operational procedures and client engagement strategies • Collaborate with leadership to execute a successful grand opening
