Our Head of Search will set the vision and overarching strategy for L'Oreal USA's search operations and be the hands on keyboard lead of LeSearch, the L'Oreal USA in house & agency Search team. We are looking for a person with a passion for using collaboration, media and emerging technologies to deliver world-class partnerships for our brands. \- Leverage data-driven insights to drive revenue \- Empower brand teams to build high performing search strategies, driving digital sales and be a key digital subject matter expert \- Upskill Search teams on best practices, lead training strategy partnership w/HR Learning Team \- Oversee the roadmap of internal digital business intelligence tools for Search. Google Assistant) \- Develop deep relationships with technology providers to ensure L'Oreal is best-in-class Digital Business Intelligence \- Set, analyze and optimize KPIs for operational and executive reporting \- Own internal Search Dashboard and reporting \- Author playbooks, scorecards and newsletters that empower local teams and increase adoption \- Deliver best-in-class insights to keep L'Oreal ahead of competition We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: \- 10+ years of experience \- BS/BA degree required. and organic content disciplines required \- Paid media and/or relational database development (SQL) experience is a plus \- Affinity and relevant experience in beauty and personal care brands is a plus \- Strong ability to develop business cases, understand brand development and communicate key value propositions succinctly to a broad group of leaders You are the right person if you: \- Demonstrate grit and extreme ownership \- Exude positivity \- Aren't afraid to share your ideas \- Meet problems head-on and view them as opportunities \- Are self-reliant and motivated \- Communicate fearlesslyWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.
