Minimum Requirements: • 1+ year of experience working in fashion industry or fashion retail • Strong fashion knowledge – Top designers and brands, current trends, fabrics, garment construction, etc. • Must be able to identify colors accurately • Must be able to use computer systems and technology efficiently • Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive environment • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills • Adaptability and openness to change • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.) Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
