Position Summary Centric Brands is seeking an experienced Customs Compliance Associate Manager to join our team. This role may be based in any of our corporate offices including: Greensboro, NC, New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA. This position will report directly to the Director of Customs Compliance and will play a key role in all aspects related to the Customs Compliance function. Responsibilities Import document management and liaising with Customs Brokers Binding Rulings Post Entry Reviews CF28’s (Post Entry Requests from Customs and Border Protection) SOP’s, Processes/Procedures; Compliance Manual Validates HTS classifications in SAP; provides customs broker with monthly updates for each business. Other Government Agencies (OGA’s) license renewals First Sale program updates Projects/research related to Customs matters Importer of Record Account Management Importer Self-Assessment Management Assist with C-TPAT Program Management Assist with drawback programs Assist department on other projects as needed relating to customs compliance
