Responsibilities include creation and revision of tier/segment targets for a merchandise area in support of the critical business initiatives and budget objectives, develop a financial view of recommended style and choice count by tier, classification and attribute, and utilizes space productivity measurements to drive assortment decisions. We place the customer at the heart of everything we do. Create a financial view of assortment productivity by tier with recommended style and choice counts. Analyze store tier information, making recommendations by store based on volume and space, as well as maintain store lists reflecting store tier changes.
